Job Description

Join our team as an Office Professional and become a vital part of our fast-paced, customer-focused organization. As a sister company of CBH Homes, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our office operations and help maintain our standard of excellence. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work with a highly committed team and be part of a family of companies recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Idaho.
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm
WE'RE ON THE MOVE!
Big things are happening—our brand-new headquarters is under construction in Caldwell, Idaho! This role will make the move to our new home in 2027. Come grow with us as we build what's next.
Requirements Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional organizational and administrative support. Manage communications professionally, including email correspondence, phone calls, and internal communications. Collaborate effectively with team members across multiple departments. Cross-train with other team members to support overall office efficiency and continuity. Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment. Take initiative on special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint) and Google Drive/Gmail. Strong verbal and written communication skills with great attention to detail. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Customer service oriented with problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
