Job Description

We are looking for an administrative assistant for our Orofino, ID office. The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills, be able to pass a drug test, be skilled at establishing and maintaining effective, working relationships with co-workers, policy-making bodies, third-party payers, clients, and the public; be professional and adhere to confidentiality requirements at all times; take initiative and work with minimal supervision, and maintain an organized and inviting workspace. Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth at the front desk, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette. Complete daily data entry through EMR program, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and support office workflows. Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings for staff members. Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, data entry assistance via Simple Practice, and maintaining office equipment. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email and supporting client needs. Perform clerical duties including copying, scanning, organizing files, and supporting administrative projects as needed. Proven office experience with strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications. Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in proofreading and data entry tasks. Prior experience with front desk responsibilities, multi-line phone systems, and customer service roles. Familiarity with office management software such as Simple Practice experience is a plus. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Previous experience as a behavioral health receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous but not required.
