Our client is a financial services firm in Chicago and they are looking for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. Due to the nature of this role, it sits on site, in the office Monday-Friday. Responsibilities Answer and route incoming calls while ensuring clear, professional communication. Process paperwork with accuracy and strong attention to detail. Coordinate and schedule meetings, maintaining organized calendars and smooth logistics. Run reports and analyze data to support informed decision-making. Manage calendars, book travel arrangements and process expenses for executives. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, creating a welcoming and professional experience. Qualifications 5+ years of reception/administrative experience, ideally in a corporate environment Financial services experience is a plus Bachelor's Degree is preferred Financial Services experience is a huge plus Ability to maintain a positive attitude Excellent communication skills Based on experience, the salary range for this role is $50,000-$100,000.
