Job Description

We are a rental property company near Illinois Wesleyan's campus and are looking for a Student Intern from ISU or IWU. The job will vary depending on what is going on each week. The student intern will post on social media, make marketing flyers and post around campuses, interact with current and prospective tenants, help with our move-out and move-in processes, some light office work and show rental properties. The work schedule for the most part is self-made around your school/activities schedule. The job is part-time but at times (like during move-out) it will be full-time hours for a week or two.
