Job Description

Overview We are a Christian Retreat and Conference Center, and our focus is to host camps and events for up to 1,300 people for churches across the Midwest. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Christian Oriented team. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy and exceptional organizational skills, enabling them to effectively manage office operations and provide excellent support to our office team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of our administrative tasks, supporting both staff and our guests. Responsibilities Act as a personal assistant to senior staff as needed, handling various administrative tasks to facilitate their workflow. Assist with HR tasks relating to employee onboarding and employee development/training programs. Utilize Excel for various administrative tasks. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records. Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages as necessary. Requirements Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar clerical role. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to provide exceptional customer support. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
