We specialize in non-residential design and construction administration. Our clients include municipalities, educational, medical, and religious institutions, as well as commercial entities. Our firm is unique in that we offer both architectural and construction management services. Our Project Administrators and Project Architects work hand in hand and stay with the client from Design Schematics through Ribbon Cutting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple contractors on an active construction site ensuring adherence to construction documents. A comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle-from pre-construction planning through final closeout-is essential. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are required to facilitate seamless collaboration and drive timely, cost-effective project execution. Responsibilities The qualified candidate will be responsible for assisting the Senior Project Administrator in overseeing the construction of JMA projects and ensuring that the intent of the construction documents is maintained. He/She will be on the job site continually and be available to the contractors to facilitate in answering questions and maintaining the schedule. He/She will be responsible for assisting in the creation of critical path schedules for contractors and reviewing the schedule at weekly job meetings. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management Technologies, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. 4+ years of experience in the Construction Industry Strong organizational skills Knowledge of Microsoft Project.Similar remote jobs
