Job Description

Job Summary We're looking for a reliable, tech‑savvy Office Assistant to join our team full‑time. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping an office running smoothly, communicating with customers, and jumping in wherever needed. If you're organized, friendly, and comfortable with computers, you'll fit right in. Duties Open and close the office each day Check and return voicemails; make confirmation calls Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software Handle invoicing and process new and completed jobs Assist with calendar management, call new leads and schedule appointments Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, email or in person with clarity and patience Perform light office cleaning to maintain a tidy workspace Run errands as needed Show properties as needed Support the team with general administrative tasks What We're Looking For Experience in an office environment or administrative support role Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Comfortable learning new systems quickly Excellent customer service and communication abilities Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting while prioritizing tasks effectively Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently If this sounds like the job for you, please email your resume to admin@fourseasonscompany.com.
