In this position, you will oversee the local CEFS outreach office in Montgomery County and coordinate a wide range of programs designed to support community members in need. These services include homeless and housing assistance, emergency food and shelter programs, budget and housing counseling, tax filing assistance, utility assistance, and senior health insurance counseling. An important part of your role will be collaborating with county agencies and community partners to link CEFS programs with existing services, ensuring clients receive the most comprehensive support possible. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a genuine ability to relate to diverse populations, and comfort working with community leaders and partner organizations. An associate degree is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred. Applicants must also meet all pre-employment requirements. This full-time position offers an hourly wage of $20.41 and is based in Taylor Springs, Illinois.
