In this vital role, you will serve as the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and providing exceptional support to staff and clients alike. Your energetic approach and organizational prowess will help foster an efficient, welcoming environment where tasks are completed with precision and enthusiasm. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while contributing to a vibrant workplace culture. Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette. Operate multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently, transferring or taking messages as needed. Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, including data entry and document proofreading to ensure accuracy. Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Sharepoint, and other computer skills Support scheduling for providers and patients, coordinating meetings and appointments seamlessly. Handle clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and managing office supplies inventory. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients or patients in person or over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and support skills. Qualifications Proven administrative experience with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and basic computer literacy. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing procedures, and calendar management tools. Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional demeanor and effective phone etiquette. Prior experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is advantageous but not required; personal assistant experience is also valued. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
