DESCRIPTION
This position supports the office of the principal, as well as department and building staff by performing duties as assigned. Candidate must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office computer applications, Google Workspace and student management systems. Candidate must be organized, able to prioritize work, and work well in cooperation with others.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Creates and edits spreadsheets.
  • Assists in creating and editing presentations.
  • Assists in setting up various events.
  • Maintains budgets, calendars and contracts.
  • Prepares and processes a variety of documents.
  • Organizes and manages projects.
  • Procures supplies and materials.
  • Schedules meetings and activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
  • High School diploma. College degree preferred.
  • Secretarial experience in a school or business environment preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
