Full Job Description Responsibilities:

ABA and Admin Floater Serve as a floater /standby for ABA therapist and scheduler roles. As a floater ABA therapist, Implement individualized behavior plans under the direction of the BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). As a floater ABA therapistConsistently apply the principles of ABA in all interactions with children and families. As a floater ABA therapistComplete daily paperwork and data collection notes in a detailed, accurate, and timely manner. As a floater ABA therapistWrite progress reports, and other requested written assignments related to the clients. As a floater scheduler, manage and update schedules for therapists ins the scheduling software, cover front desk reception and answer the scheduler/reception phone Other Administrative tasks Authorization Admin Support Assist with making authorization related calls to the insurance when not covering for sessions Upload treatment plans in our data collection tool Add new clients in our data collection tool Authorization related admin tasks Other related admin duties assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required Prior experience withABA therapy preferred Compassionate and patient with children Enthusiastic and self-motivated
