This position is essential in managing member relations and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support. Responsibilities Coordinate membership activities and maintain accurate member records. Provide exceptional customer support to members and respond to inquiries promptly. Assist in the development and implementation of membership recruitment strategies. Manage data entry tasks related to membership applications and renewals. Support the organization of meetings and events for members. Collaborate with team members to enhance member engagement and satisfaction. Utilize Google Suite and Microsoft Office for document management and communication purposes. Prepare reports on membership statistics and trends for internal review. Qualifications Proven experience in customer support or office management roles. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with data entry processes and record-keeping practices. Proficient in Google Suite applications, Microsoft Office, and general computer literacy. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Experience in nonprofit organizations is a plus but not required.
