Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this vital role, you will serve as the backbone of our administrative operations, ensuring seamless office management, exceptional customer support, and efficient communication across departments. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will help support our mission to deliver impactful services to children and families in need. Duties The Sr. Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Residential Services department, ensuring efficient operation and coordination of activities. This position also serves as a backup to the Master Scheduler, assisting with scheduling duties when needed. The Sr. Administrative Assistant handles a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, and administrative functions, supporting the Operations Manager and the department's overall goals.
REQUIRED
1. Associate degree and/or two years of college level coursework in business related courses or equivalent experience 2. Four years of progressively responsible experience 3. Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) 4. Keyboarding/typing skills at 60 wpm. Pay:
$16.20 - $21.71 per hour
