Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer support, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help create a positive experience for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records for office operations and client information Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail handling, and basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks or similar software Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative projects Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, supporting client needs, and ensuring a positive experience Experience Previous office or administrative experience is highly preferred, especially in roles such as receptionist or personal assistant Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clientele Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for specific industry needs Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents and customer service skills will shine!
