Job Description

About Us:
The office is family owned and we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care in a warm and welcoming environment. Our team is dedicated to creating a positive dental experience for every patient, and we're looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated individual to be the first smile patients see when they walk through our doors.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and personable team member for our business/ Front Desk to join our growing dental team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for providing great customer service. Previous dental office experience is highly recommended.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism Answer phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments Collect co-pays/balances Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance Coordinate with dental team to optimize daily schedule Handle patient inquiries and concerns with care Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a dental or medical office is a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficient in basic computer use; experience with dental software is a bonus Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Friendly, team-oriented, and dependable High school diploma or equivalent required Spanish bilingual is a plus!
