$27.90/hr. with benefit inclusions Job Summary The Administrative Assistant provides onsite support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations through document management, scheduling, communication, and coordination of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and the ability to communicate effectively across teams while supporting senior staff. Responsibilities Produce, update, and maintain Microsoft documents, spreadsheets, databases, and departmental systems. Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, arrange travel, and support conference logistics. Prepare routine correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and moderately complex documents for review. Gather, track, and summarize data to support reporting and administrative functions. Respond to phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing complex issues to appropriate stakeholders. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communication on behalf of leadership. Receive and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and responsive experience. Support procurement activities by following established processes and documentation requirements. Ensure work aligns with organizational policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance administrative and technical capabilities. Years of Experience and Education 0-3 years of administrative, office support, or related experience required Recent college graduates will be considered if requirements are met High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred Skills Required Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and data handling SAP experience preferred but not required #LI-MJ1 #INDPRO
