Job Description

We are looking for a dependable Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations in Oregon. This Long-term Contract position requires someone who can manage front-desk interactions, maintain accurate records, and provide consistent office support in a fast-paced environment. Success in this position will come from strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and confidence using Word and Excel.
Responsibilities:
  • Welcome visitors, manage front-desk activity, and create a positive first impression for the office.
  • Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and relay messages promptly and accurately.
  • Enter, update, and maintain office data with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support cash application tasks by recording payments and helping keep financial information organized.
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, spreadsheets, and routine reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Assist with general administrative work such as filing, scanning, organizing records, and tracking office information.
  • Provide onsite support to help the team address workload demands and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
