This role ensures the workplace runs efficiently. Key Responsibilities Administrative tasks Apply for permits Schedule inspections for various of villages Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with vendors/service providers Support management with reports and documentation Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative or office support role Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Gmail) Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks Preferred Qualifications Experience with office management software or tools Data entry experience Work Environment Office-based Standard working hours (Monday-Friday 7am or 8am start) Interaction with staff, clients, and vendors
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
