Job Description

Purposeful Pup® is a fast-growing All-Natural Dog Treats Company. We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Executive Admin and operations team. This is a part-time, in-office role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced small business environment and enjoys wearing many hats. Responsibilities Assist with customer onboarding tasks and follow-up communications Manage and respond to email correspondence as directed Manage social media accounts — creating weekly posts, TikTok Shop, comments, and reposts Coordinate influencer outreach and follow-up Receive and process customer purchase orders through Zoho (Accounting Software) Issue purchase orders to suppliers through Zoho Request and oversee transport/shipping quotes Manage office supply list and organization Handle filings and incoming mail management Assist with project execution as directed by the Executive Admin Provide general administrative and operational support to the team What you'll be doing day-to-day You'll work closely with our Executive Admin and support the broader team across customer communications, order processing, social media, and office operations. No two days are exactly the same — we value adaptability, initiative, and follow-through. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Comfortable learning new platforms and tools (experience with Zoho a plus) Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Experience with social media management and/or influencer communication (preferred) Experience with e-commerce or wholesale order processing (preferred)

From $22.00 per hour
