This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, keeping projects organized, and helping teams operate efficiently. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily accounting functions while assisting our Operations Manager with coordinating field service activities.
Responsibilities:
Accounting Support Process accounts payable and assist with vendor payments Support collections efforts and follow up on outstanding invoices Perform data entry with accuracy Generate customer invoices and assist with billing activities Assist with routine accounting tasks Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed Operations Support Assist the Operations Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks Schedule and coordinate service appointments for field technicians Communicate with customers regarding upcoming service visits Maintain Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and ensure documentation remains current Manage roof access authorizations and related customer requirements Assist with special projects and administrative initiatives Qualifications Experience with QuickBooks Previous administrative assistant, office administration, or accounting support experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word Experience in HubSpot, Zoom, Filemaker, and/or Adobe Suite is a plus Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude Comfortable working independently and as part of a team What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is dependable, highly organized, and enjoys supporting both financial and operational functions.
