Front Office Clerk/Receptionist - Evenings

Our award winning, family owned, Community for independent seniors is seeking a positive, compassionate, and outgoing individual for a Front Desk Receptionist position.

Available Shift:

2pm-9pm If you are a detail oriented, organized individual with a desire to help seniors we want to hear from you!

Front Desk Assistant responsibilities:

Operate, answer, screen and address all incoming calls by the third ring, with an appropriate greeting Distribute mail, courier deliveries and packages to employees and residents Monitor and screen all individuals entering and exiting the community Assist residents with all inquiries, provide information regarding scheduled activities, meal orders, and services provided by the Community Receive incoming funds and provide receipts when appropriate Process and prepare memos, correspondence, incident reports and work orders Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED required Effective written and verbal communication ability Intermediate level proficiency with Google Drive apps such as Docs, Sheets & Slides Willing and able to work as an individual as well as within a team environment Strong customer service skills Able to work quickly and efficiently Able to stand for long periods of time and lift or push 30+ pounds

$15.50 - $17.00 per hour
