Addison Group is partnering with a national nonprofit organization seeking part-time administrative support.

Job Description:
This role supports daily office operations and provides front-line administrative assistance to staff, visitors, and external contacts. The position is part-time (25-30 hours per week) and is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of administrative tasks in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner Answer, screen, and route incoming calls while documenting messages accurately Monitor shared email inbox and respond or redirect inquiries as needed Handle general office tasks including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry Maintain organization of both electronic and physical records Sort, distribute, and process incoming mail and packages; coordinate outgoing shipments Track office and breakroom supplies, reorder inventory, and keep common areas organized Support scheduling needs including meetings, calendars, and conference room coordination Assist with logistics for team meetings including catering and basic event setup Help coordinate travel-related arrangements such as hotel bookings when needed Support expense report tracking and submissions for leadership and committees Provide general administrative support across a small office team as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative or office support experience Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working in a professional office environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
