The duties of an administrative assistant include providing support to our supervisors and employees, assisting with daily office needs, and managing general administrative activities of the branch.

• Proficient in G Suite including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides-Detail-oriented and self-motivated, able to work independentlyResponsibility-Carry out administrative tasks such as filing, writing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
• Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
• Handle sensitive information confidentially
• Exhibit courteous and professional communication by telephone, email and postal mail
• Take incoming calls up to 2-3 calls
• Transfer calls to other administrative staff or email information to staff if applicable-Plan meetings and take detailed minutes-Cover the reception desk when necessary
• Greeting and providing general support to visitors
• Request office supplies-Collate and distribute mail-Help other members of the administrative staff with tasks
