Equitable is looking for a dynamic Branch Office Coordinator to join our team! This position is an onsite work position based out of our Oak Brook, IL office. What You'll Be Doing Mail sorting and distribution Logging of checks and forms to various service centers Inventory of supplies and sales material Office management responsibilities; client refreshments, equipment maintenance, and vendor contact for business-as-usual items. A significant focus on Coordination and communication around Associate Training meetings, including creating agendas, running technology, coordinating speakers, and confirming attendance. Recruiting & Sourcing The base salary range for this position is $54,000 - $60,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility. For eligible employees, Equitable provides a full range of benefits.
