Our holistic pediatric practice is looking for a friendly, professional part time front desk coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients and families.

What You'll Do:

Greet patients and families with warmth and professionalism Check in patients and manage scheduling for pediatric appointments Answer calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide excellent customer service Assist with new patient onboarding and payment processes Collaborate with our care team to ensure a smooth, family-centered experience

Enjoy working with children and families Are detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Have excellent communication and multitasking skills Are comfortable using technology and electronic health records (EHR) Have previous experience in a pediatric, medical, or wellness front office (preferred but not required)
