Please note:
This is a full time position 9 am-5 pm, M-F. Please do not apply if you are looking for part time work. Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette Operate multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, transfer calls, and provide excellent customer support Maintain organized filing systems, including digital files via Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications Perform data entry, proofread documents, and assist with clerical tasks such as copying, scanning, and faxing Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for staff using calendar management tools Support office management tasks such as inventory tracking, supply ordering, and basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks or similar software Assist in review of Financial reports and managing caseload Assist with special projects requiring strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail Skills Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools Experience in client billing and follow up Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and basic financial tasks is a must Experience with Financial reports is a must Experience in a CPA firm is a bonus Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills; bilingual abilities are a plus Strong computer literacy, including data entry, proofreading, filing, and document management Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in the Arabic language is a bonus

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
