000400 - Call Center - Call Center Secretary Req #2116 612 Roxbury Rd, Rockford, IL 61107, USA Apply Share Job Description Posted Monday, May 4, 2026 at 1:00 AM | Expires Saturday, May 23, 2026 at 12:59 AM Call Center Secretary will interact with Panoramic Health's customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. The Call Center Secretary will identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions.
Responsibilities include:
Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their questions and concerns. Build positive rapport with customers. Perform research while on the phone gathering information from customers. Prioritize tasks to make sure the most important tasks are done first. Enter new customer data and updating the information of existing customers. De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support. Research answers to customer questions. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. Experience in call center environment preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Great active listening skills. Ability to multitask. Strong social skills to aid in building relationships with customers. Highly organized and strong time management skills.
