We are seeking an Office Coordinator at our division in Romeoville, IL
JOB DUTIES
The primary role of this position is to coordinate the administrative functions of the office; including, but not limited to: Process daily invoicing and billing. Conduct the end of the month close; this involves accounting for all credits, debits, freight bills, and work-in-process invoicing. Coordinate inbound and outbound mail. Maintain the paper files for the division. Purchase office supplies, oversee office equipment and manage vendors associated with office needs. Process outgoing and incoming mail. Answer phones and greet visitors. Process customer credits. Process customer invoices, adding additional costs. Process receiving paperwork. Assist General Manager with coordinating engagement events, lunches, and customer visits.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate must have an administrative background and a minimum of two years of office experience. Experience working with a manufacturing or distribution company is highly preferred. A College degree in accounting or business is also preferred. The candidate must also have good communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality regarding business financials, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
