some of your typical work assignments may include: Serve as the primary management assistant for administrive duties in support of training, certificion, professional development functions, acquisition program management, records management, and facilities maintenance. Assist leadership in the management of all directore support functions. Serve as point of contact with program personnel supporting assignments to improve office operions, work processes, documention informion management, and similar functions. Make necessary arrangements for meetings and conferences including scheduling, contacting participants, and ensuring all required merials and services are provided. Qualificions You may qualify the NK-2, if you fulfill the following qualificions: A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NK-1 (GS-4) grade level in the Federal service: Utilize a variety of office automion tools to support office operions and produce a variety of documents such as letters, reports, spreadsheets, dabases, and graphs. Develop, establish, upde, and maintain office procedures and records maintenance of various types to ensure effective and efficient operion of the office. Manage, order, inventory maintenance, and storage of office supplies.
