Dr. Rizman's dental practice in Skokie is seeking an experienced and personable Front Office team member to join the team. This established general dentistry office is committed to delivering exceptional patient care while building lasting relationships with patients and families in the community. Responsibilities and Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of dental front office experience required Welcome and check in patients in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive first impression Manage incoming calls, voicemails, and appointment scheduling/confirmations to support smooth patient flow Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, charts, and documentation Organize and prepare daily schedules and patient charts for the clinical team to ensure efficient operations Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims, verifications, and pre-authorizations Collect patient payments, review financial responsibilities, and assist with insurance benefit explanations and payment options Oversee patient recall and reactivation efforts to support ongoing care and retention Handle daily financial reporting, including production tracking, collections, and end-of-day balancing Monitor and restock front office and clinical supplies as needed Provide clinical support when necessary, including operatory setup and turnover assistance Conduct patient follow-ups after treatment to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Pay:
$25.00•$30.00 per hour
