Job Description

Overview We are seeking an organized Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our daily operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. This vital role involves managing a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office functioning. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. Duties Greet visitors and manage front desk responsibilities with a warm, professional demeanor Maintain accurate data entry records using computer literacy skills and organize files systematically Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings to optimize time management Handle clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, filing, and preparing correspondence Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools for document creation, editing, and collaboration Support bookkeeping activities including basic QuickBooks entries and financial record keeping Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in person or via phone or email Assist with office management duties such as supply ordering, inventory tracking, and maintaining a clean workspace Skills Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills Excellent computer skills Familiarity with bookkeeping and financial record managemen t Strong phone etiquette Accuracy for efficient data entry and document preparation Attention to detail for creating documents and maintaining accurate filing systems Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently Previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous, Knowledge of office management best practices to streamline operations and improve workflow Join us in creating a vibrant work environment where your organizational talents shine!
