Building Level Secretary
QUALIFICATIONS
Hold at least a High School Diploma or its equivalent. Ability to work with students, parents, and the community. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

Building Principal
JOB GOAL
To assure the smooth and efficient operation of the school office so that the office's maximum positive impact on the education of children can be realized.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs the usual office routines and practices associated with a busy, yet productive and smoothly-run office. Maintains such student records as shall be required. Receives and routes all incoming calls and mail. Maintains a daily attendance of all staff and ensures accurate information is recorded in Frontline/Aesop. Ensure all absent staff members have adequate coverage. Maintains daily attendance records for all students and communicates with administration when necessary regarding truancy and excessive absences. Create attendance reports for administration and send attendance letters to parents when necessary. Be knowledgeable with the student management system and be able to create reports for administration. Types a variety of material, such as letters, student records, reports, memos, monthly statements, etc., as directed. Maintains a regular filing system, as directed. Orders and maintains supplies as needed. Welcomes visitors and arranges for their comfort, and screens unexpected callers in accordance with predetermined policy. Assists in administering student passes. Maintains a log of visitors in and about the building. Maintains the facility usage calendar and ensures all paperwork is accurately completed. Report any and all injuries to the immediate supervisor, filling out the appropriate forms. Report any and all hazardous situations/areas which are considered to be unsafe to the immediate supervisor, filling out necessary forms. Conform to all rules and regulations of the school and comply with all federal, state, and local laws relating directly or indirectly to the employee's duties. Performs such other tasks and assumes such other responsibilities as the Building Principal may assign from time to time.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
210-220 days $14.50/Hourly
