Job Description
GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
- Daily RV08 upload of the report and perform order checks. Checking details of orders entered the previous day.
- Confirming PO, ship to, quantity, size, grade, caliper, price.
- Check off items on customer PO. Communicate with corresponding CSR when discrepancies are found and note results.
- Daily COC upload of the report and perform checks. Confirm COC# used is correct. All PO's noted with COC's are on the report.
- Communicate with corresponding CSR when discrepancies are found and note results.
- Record/track manual order entry and quote data for all territories.
- Create graphs or provided data for management as needed on manual and CPQ entered data weekly, monthly and YTD.
- HVTQ data—Report created once a week and distributed to sales team on CSR and Customer generated quotes.
- Overflow manual order checks from CSR's when needed on day order is entered.
