JAG Mobile Solutions, a leading specialty trailer manufacturer, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role provides administrative and clerical support for the Operations Manager and the department. Key Responsibilities Handles incoming mail for manager Manages office supplies & performs clerical tasks such as scanning, filing, and copying Acts as first point of contact by answering, screening, and directing phone calls Schedules appointments, manages calendars, and coordinates meetings or events Maintains both physician and electronic filing systems, databases, and records. Assists staff with tasks, organizes travel arrangements, and ensures office equipment is maintained. Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED); an associate or bachelor's degree is often preferred. Experience with office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, G Suite and virtual meeting tools). Ability to interact clearly and effectively, in both written and oral communication, with vendors, management, co-workers. Ability to apply general concepts such as percentages, addition, subtraction, division and multiplication to practical situations. Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and adherence to safety policies
