Job Description:
LRM Health Group is a fast-growing Medicare brokerage based in South Bend, IN, and we're looking for the person who keeps everything (and everyone) running smoothly. If you're the one in a group project who actually gets things done, genuinely enjoys talking to people, and thrives when no two days look the same, keep reading.
Salary:
$55,000
  • 75,000, with real room to grow.
As we expand, this role grows with us, including the opportunity to build and lead your own team.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday. Plus 3-4 full weeks completely off per year, built into our seasonal calendar.
Licensing reimbursed:
Any required licensing costs are covered on your first day.
Paid training:
Hands-on onboarding with the team from day one, you won't be thrown in the deep end alone. This isn't a sit-quietly-and-file-things role. You'll be a key part of shaping our clients' experience of LRM Health from the moment they come to us. One hour you might be onboarding a new client, the next you're supporting a sales rep, the next you're organizing the week's calendar. You'll report directly to leadership and work closely with our entire South Bend team. What You'll Do
  • Serve as a warm, cheerful first point of contact for clients over the phone and via email
  • Support the sales team day-to-day, keeping things organized, on track, and moving
  • Manage scheduling and calendar coordination across the team
  • Follow up with clients to ensure a smooth transition into their new coverage
  • Learn and navigate multiple platforms and internal tools What We're Looking For
  • Highly organized
  • you notice the details others miss, and nothing falls through the cracks
  • A get-it-done attitude
  • you don't wait to be asked twice, and you take ownership
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable learning new software and platforms quickly
  • Experience in an office, administrative, or coordinator role preferred
  • but the right person matters more than the resume
  • Healthcare or insurance background is a plus, not a requirement
