We are the largest privately owned dental group in the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana area. Our managers earn more than some college graduates and nurses. No experience? Don't worry! We will train you! Most of our managers and executives had no dental experience when they started with Family Dental Care. On average our staff has very low turnover, with lots of employees who have been with the group for over twenty years. Apply for a position today. We have positions available for Managers, Front Office, sales, marketing, accounts receivable, insurance, telemarketing, and more. Some of the responsibilities for the Front Office Position are: 1. Customer Service over the phone and in person 2. Handling patients when they come in 3. Scheduling appointments 4. Working out financial arrangements with patients 5. Handling dental insurance The Front Office is an exciting and fun place to be. You'll be working with other staff, hygienists, doctors, and patients throughout the day. We have a Training Academy where we train you all about the business side of dentistry, including dental insurance and third-party financing.
