We're a small, high-energy team that believes in positivity, professionalism, and genuine care for our clients; and we're looking for someone who fits right in. Position Overview We're searching for an Administrative Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator who can bring warmth and organization to our fast-paced wellness office. You'll be the first face clients see when they walk in: friendly, professional, and confident; while also keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you're upbeat, tech-savvy, and thrive in a team setting, you'll love this role.
What You'll Do Welcome & Assist Clients:
Greet clients warmly, check them in, and make them feel comfortable
Answer Calls & Messages:
Handle calls with professionalism and empathy
Manage Scheduling:
Coordinate client appointments and staff calendars
Maintain Organization:
Keep accurate records of client visits, sales, and follow-ups
Learn & Grow:
Get trained on red light therapy and basic program knowledge Handle the
Details:
Keep the office tidy, stocked, and running efficiently
What We're Looking For Experience:
1+ year in administrative, customer service, or medical office work
Personality:
Friendly, positive, and dependable
Tech Skills:
Comfortable using computer systems, scheduling software, and learning new tools quickly
Communication:
Strong written and verbal skills; you can connect easily with clients and teammates
Mindset:
Coachable, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm when things get busy
Bonus Points:
Interest in health, wellness, or aesthetic services
