Administrative Assistant - Police Department

Join our team! We are hiring for the role of Administrative Assistant in the Police Department. Essential Job Functions Provide assistance and/or direct visitors. Answer telephone calls and respond to emails, providing information. Provide assistance to the public and other governmental agencies, including basic background checks and fingerprinting. Process various permits, collect fines or fees, enter payment data, and file/maintain documents and records. Process police records and Freedom of Information (FOIA) requests. Process neighborhood golf cart petitions, expungements, and requests for security checks. Perform various administrative duties.
