Job Description

About Us:
Engineered Plastic Components (EPC) is a world-class manufacturer of plastic products. As a growing company, we are seeking a Program Admin with a background in injection molding and manufacturing. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, customer-focused communication, and the ability to oversee multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview:
The Program Admin will assist in planning, execution, and tracking of customer programs while acting as the primary point of contact for assigned tasks/projects. This role requires collaboration with internal and external associates to ensure customer satisfaction, financial performance, and project success.
Key Responsibilities:
Program & Project Management
  • Exercise sound judgement, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Support small RFQs by verifying inventory, delivery timelines, and generating quotes.
  • Assist in creating large-scale Program estimates and quotations.
  • Assist in the development and management of documentation for large-scale programs, ensuring objectives are clearly understood and documented.
  • Manage/create deliverables to meet client requirements.
  • Oversee small projects to ensure goals and timelines are met.
  • Coordinate interdependent people or resources to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal resources.
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone, written communication, and on-line meetings.
  • Address and troubleshoot customer and account issues in collaboration with the development and production teams.
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in business administration or related field.
  • Experience in plastic injection molding or a manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Technology skills: including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of cost estimating, tracking, and budgeting.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to read and understand 2D drawings and plans is desirable.
Additional Information:

Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
