Pavement Marking Project Administrator- Kansas City, KS Heartland Traffic Services - 3.0 Kansas City, KS Job Details Full-time 3 hours ago Qualifications Microsoft Outlook Spreadsheets Full Job Description Heartland Traffic Services provides pavement marking and traffic control services throughout Kansas and Missouri. We take pride in delivering quality work, maintaining the highest safety standards, and operating with integrity as a team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Pavement Marking Project Administrator to support our operations and project management teams. The Pavement Marking Project Administrator plays a critical role in supporting project execution and administrative operations. This position works closely with Operations and Project Management to ensure projects are properly documented and organized throughout their lifecycle. The primary responsibility during the production season is to establish project documentation for awarded work, process field logs, and maintain accurate project records. Additional responsibilities include processing daily timesheets for field crews, organizing project submittals, and maintaining project documentation and job files.
Responsibilities:
Process new jobs, including setup in software systems. Work closely with Estimators, Operations, and other office staff to ensure all documents and information required for the successful completion of a job are in place. Post daily production quantities for invoicing. Prepare and review invoices, ensuring all charges are complete before sending them to the customer. Assist in the resolution of any discrepancies on invoices. Follow up with customers to ensure final payment.
Requirements:
1 Year of Experience of related elated administrative or construction office experience required. Previous experience in the construction, highway, or traffic services industry is preferred. Regular in-office attendance required. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook HTS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
