The Sales Administrative Assistant supports the Kansas City and St. Louis branch Sales and Operations departments by performing a variety of administrative functions that contribute to the efficiency and success of branch operations.
Sales Administrative Assistant Essential Functions:
Communicates and supports the Kirby Smith vision and core values of One Mission, One Team, One Plan, One Goal Coordinates and manages travel schedules for the sales representatives Assists in organizing and coordinating customer events and sales training sessions Prepares documents (presentations, spreadsheets, memos, proposals, etc.) and reports as needed by the group Manages training records for the sales team Maintains department and sales team goals and objectives Tracks monthly sales results and market share Maintains records and communicates with Distributors on special programs Assists with special projects as needed Perform other job-related duties as assigned Ensures consistent and reliable on-site attendance
Sales Administrative Assistant Minimum Qualifications:
Two (2) years of experience in sales administration or sales support Associate degree or higher preferred Exceptional Interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
