Utilized software to manage, file, and e-file legal documents; verified accuracy of paperwork in strict accordance with established procedures.
Data & Record Keeping:
Maintained, updated, and organized sensitive paper and electronic files using numerical, alphabetical, and custom classification systems.
Departmental Support:
Executed high-volume word processing and typing for letters, memorandums, weekly reports, purchase orders, and mailing lists from rough drafts.
Office Continuity:
Managed incoming/outgoing mail, organized correspondence, and provided vital coverage and back-up support for both the Probation Department and Municipal Court.
Case Tracking:
Monitored probation clients' check-in status, tracked the completion of auxiliary program requirements, and documented successful program completions.
Calendar Coordination:
