Job Description

Come work at a growing technology company, locally owned and operated in the Kansas City area! We are in need of a friendly assistant to join our team to keep everything running smoothly. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is flexible and can multi-task with ease. This position will act as the administrative assistant to the President of the company, as well as providing support to all departments in the organization. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: answering and routing incoming calls scheduling appointments responding to correspondence Managing the office calendar Ordering supplies as needed Marketing Writing and posting weekly blogs other administrative tasks and projects as needed, to be assigned by the
CEO Requirements:
professional demeanor basic computer aptitude strong communication skills attention to detail organized and reliable Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency and previous secretarial experience are desired qualities for this position, but are not required to apply.
Job Type:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
