Service Coordinator

SERVICE COORDINATOR

As the Service Coordinator for Consolidated Printing, you will be the first point of contact for many guests, clients, visiting employees and vendors who come through the office every day.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer and direct incoming phone calls Greet and assist all incoming guests Enter purchase orders and create jobs in system Manage all sales tickets and provide to General Manager and the end of month Monitoring and ordering of all office supplies Schedule deliveries and follow up to ensure delivery was made Prepare and update service contracts for new and existing customers. Process credit card payments and make daily cash transactions Assist with preparing end of month statements Prepare end of the month inventory report and year-end adjustments Perform all other duties as assigned

Excellent verbal and written communication Excellent organizational skills Ability to prioritize and delegated as needed Strong problem-solving skills Professionalism and able to always maintain confidentiality Team player and self-starter, able to work independently Detail orientated and able to prioritize and multi-task Honest, trustworthy, and reliable
