Role Overview:
We're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Service Coordinator to keep our Service department running smoothly. You'll schedule and dispatch technicians, communicate with customers, track service work orders, and assist with administrative and parts support.Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch service technicians based on priority, skills, and availability Serve as the main contact for customers and technicians, providing updates and support Track, manage, and close service work orders accurately Support parts ordering, timecard reviews, and administrative tasksWhat We're Looking For:
5+ years of administrative, dispatch, or scheduling experience Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HVAC or construction experience is a plus A commitment to living out our Core Values every dayCompensation & Growth:
