Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily office operations, enhance communication, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Responsibilities Serve as the administrative assistant by greeting customers, managing multi-line phone systems, and providing excellent customer service Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry, and handle document proofreading to ensure accuracy and confidentiality Utilize Microsoft Office, and other computer skills to prepare reports, correspondence Support bookkeeping activities, including invoicing and expense tracking Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email and supporting customer needs effectively Assist with office management tasks such as supply ordering, filing systems, and general administrative support to ensure a well-organized workspace Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), applications, and basic computer literacy Excellent communication skills Knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting is a definite plus Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous office experience, personal assistant duties or office management responsibilities is preferred
