Job Description

Job Summary:
The Customer Coordinator Assistant will provide administrative support to the Sales department, including day to day workflow, data entry and document handling. As a Customer Coordinator Assistant, you will assist the Sales team in answering and resolving customer questions or issues in a professional, expeditious manner while maintaining a positive, courteous approach to internal and external customers.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Complete data entry, edits and prepares various documents and reports for the department. Accurately enters required data into one or more databases, documents, or spreadsheets. Update and verify client databases by reconciling monthly statements. Collect and digitize data such as invoices, and client information Ensures completeness of received information and reconciles inconsistencies. Receives, gathers, analyzes, and organizes information from multiple sources. Preparation, filing, and indexing of documents Assistant in phone coverage for the company as needed Assistant in mail disbursement within our Elmwood, WI locations as needed May occasionally travel for customer visits and tradeshows to support business initiatives All other duties assigned by your manager.
Knowledge and Skills:
Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and cohesively with others Excellent verbal and written communication skills Meticulous data entry skills Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion. Ability to work under pressure and meet close deadlines. Ability to review, interpret, and evaluate company documents Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a professional disposition
Education and Experience:
High school graduation or equivalent Technical Degree in related field preferred Minimum one-year administrative work experience Excellent communication, interpersonal and computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Ability to effectively utilize an ERP system to manage business as well as assist co-workers and direct reports.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Able to perform regular bending, twisting, and lifting to shelve.
