Job Description

Job description Coastal Process is looking for a dependable and organized Administrative & Order Processing Assistant to support daily business operations. This role involves processing customer orders, handling phone calls, managing office supplies, and assisting with general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Provide professional and friendly customer service over the phone and in writing
  • Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed
  • Maintain organized records of orders, receipts, and communications
  • Support office operations through filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Assist team members with administrative needs as they arise
  • Communicate with vendors and delivery partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and work well with others
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and QuickBooks is preferred
  • Pass drug screens
