Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette. Operate multi-line phone systems, handle incoming calls, and route messages efficiently. Maintain organized filing systems, including digital files using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications. Perform data entry tasks with accuracy, including updating records in QuickBooks and other accounting software. Support office management activities such as scheduling appointments, calendar management, and coordinating meetings. Assist with clerical duties like proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and managing office supplies. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, whether in person or via phone or email. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry and document preparation. Experience with office management systems, including calendar management and filing procedures. Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clients and team members better. Knowledge of QuickBooks for bookkeeping and basic financial record keeping is highly desirable. Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette.
