Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Corporate Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this vital role, you will serve as the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions and providing exceptional support to our leadership and staff. Your energy, attention to detail, and proactive approach will help foster an efficient, welcoming, and professional environment. Responsibilities Manage front desk duties, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette. Operate multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently and route messages accurately. Oversee office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records using Microsoft Office and other relevant tools. Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors and service providers. Assist with calendar management and scheduling for executives and team members, coordinating meetings and appointments seamlessly. Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and corporate documents. Support onboarding activities and assist with HR-related administrative tasks. Assist with special projects and other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Proven office experience with strong clerical and administrative skills in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently. Strong computer literacy including data entry, typing speed, and familiarity with multi-line phone systems. Exceptional phone etiquette coupled with professional communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential.
